404bet AML Policy
Last updated: 25.10.2026
404bet (https://pnuts.gg) is owned and operated by Yolloo Limited, a company registered under the laws of Belize, with its registered office at 35 Barrack Road, 3rd Floor, Belize City, Belize. We are committed to keeping our platform safe, transparent and free from financial crime.
1. Purpose
This Anti-Money Laundering Policy ("AML Policy") explains how 404bet keeps its platform from being used to launder money, finance terrorism or move funds that come from crime. It applies to every account, deposit, withdrawal and in-game transfer on 404bet.
2. Responsibility
Yolloo Limited has named a compliance officer who is responsible for this policy. The compliance officer reports to the management of the company, reviews the policy at least once a year and makes sure the team follows it.
3. Standards We Follow
Our controls follow internationally recognised anti-money laundering standards, including the recommendations of the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), and the sanctions lists published by the United Nations, the European Union and the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).
4. Identity Verification (KYC)
We may ask you to confirm your identity at any time, including before a withdrawal. Verification may include:
• A valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence)
• A selfie or a short video to confirm that the document belongs to you
• Proof of address issued within the last three months, such as a utility bill or a bank statement
Until verification is complete, some features of your account, including withdrawals, may be unavailable.
5. Monitoring of Activity
We review account activity on an ongoing basis. We pay closer attention to:
• Deposits and withdrawals that do not match how the account is normally used
• Large amounts, or many small transactions that together add up to a large amount
• Deposits that are withdrawn with little or no play
• Several accounts that belong to the same person
• Payment methods or locations with a high risk of fraud
6. Prohibited Activity
You may not:
• Use a payment method that belongs to someone else
• Deposit funds that come from illegal activity
• Open or use an account on behalf of another person
• Use 404bet if you are a sanctioned person or act for one
• Move value between accounts to hide where it came from
7. Our Actions
If we have reason to believe that an account breaks this policy, we may request more information, hold or cancel transactions, suspend or close the account, and keep the funds while we check them. Where the law requires it, we report suspicious activity to the competent authorities. We are not allowed to tell you when such a report has been made.
8. Record Keeping
We keep identity documents and transaction records for at least five years after the account is closed. Records are stored securely and only authorised staff can access them.
9. Staff Training
Staff who handle accounts and payments are trained to recognise suspicious activity and receive regular updates on new risks and rules.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy, or reports of suspicious activity, can be sent to support@pnuts.gg.
